When you submit a Request a Quote form or send us builder plans, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your city or project location
  • Whether you are a homeowner, builder/contractor, or other
  • Project type, size, and any details you choose to share
  • Links to plans, schedules, or project notes you provide for builder plan submissions

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and contact you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Marketing Attribution Information

When you arrive at our website, we may automatically capture standard marketing parameters (such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term) and the page you first landed on. This helps us understand which marketing efforts bring visitors to the site. If you submit a quote request, this attribution information is associated with your submission so we can follow up effectively. No attribution data is collected from visitors who do not submit a form.

Email Communications

When you submit a request, we send an email notification to our team at estimates@blackpinemasonry.com and a confirmation email to the address you provided. We only email you about your project inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

SMS / Text Message Communications

Our quote request form includes two separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes for text messaging. Neither is required to submit the form, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.

  • Project communication: texts about your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, project updates, and customer service.
  • Promotions: texts about special offers and masonry project promotions.

If you opt in, we collect and store your mobile number and a record of the consent you gave (which boxes you checked and when). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use service providers only to operate our phone and messaging system and our CRM on our behalf, and they may not use your number for their own marketing.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

We use a CRM system to organize and respond to inquiries. Your submission may be stored in our CRM, along with the project details and attribution information you provided, so our team can follow up and serve you better.

Cookies and Analytics

Data Retention
