About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Black Pine Masonry website and the services we provide. Black Pine Masonry is the trade name of Black Pine Enterprises LLC, a masonry contractor based in Post Falls, Idaho, serving Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, Athol, Harrison, and the surrounding Kootenai County area. By contacting us, submitting a quote request, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Black Pine Masonry provides residential and commercial masonry services including stone veneer, fireplaces and hearths, chimneys, outdoor kitchens, and retaining and seat walls. All work is performed under Idaho General Contractor Registration 2681727. Estimates and project timelines provided through our website or by phone are approximate and may change based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope.

Quote Requests & Estimates

When you submit a Request a Quote form, the information you provide is used to prepare an estimate and contact you about your project. Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee pricing. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a written contract or work order.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Black Pine Masonry (Black Pine Enterprises LLC) operates two separate text messaging programs. On our Request a Quote form you may opt in to either, both, or neither using two separate, unchecked checkboxes. Neither box is pre-checked, neither is required to submit the form, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Project communication (customer care): messages about your inquiry, estimate, scheduling, project updates, and customer service.
  • Promotions (marketing): messages about special offers and masonry project promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
  • For help or support, reply "HELP" or call us at (208) 330-3079.
  • No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
  • How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SMS messaging at any time.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
